CA type bearings use solid brass cages with higher rigidity and better shock resistance, serving as the standard general-purpose type for most industrial machinery.
MA and MB are high-grade split brass cages. MA (outer ring guided) is specially designed for vibrating screens with excellent anti-vibration performance. MB (inner ring guided) features high temperature resistance and stable heavy-load performance for rolling mills and dryers.
E/E1 optimized internal structure increases dynamic load rating, ideal for limited installation space and long-service-life working conditions.
Structural suffixes CA, CC, MA, MB and E are mutually exclusive. Only one structural type can be applied to one bearing model.
Auxiliary suffixes can be freely combined. K stands for 1:12 tapered bore for easy installation and removal. W33 means outer ring grease groove for continuous re-lubrication. C2, C3, C4 represent different radial clearances for precise working condition matching.
BS2 sealed spherical Roller Bearings are pre-greased and maintenance-free, suitable for dusty environments with inconvenient daily maintenance.
Correct suffix selection is the key to extending bearing service life and improving equipment operation stability.
